Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m a regular here. Mark, in particular, is extremely responsible and trustworthy—he’s the sort of person you can rely on to handle anything. Just the other day, I had a problem with my front door, and he came round straight away to fix it. It’s a really good company that I’d highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've tried to have my bi-fold doors that are nearly 20 years old serviced by someone before and got the impression that I had some alien installation. Finding Ace Windows & Doors online thankfully put me straight, ongoing communications through email was reassuring, lead time quick and work on the day spot on. It's an old system but they haven't run so well in a very long time. Nice people to do business with!!! Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fast Response, Excellent Service at Attractive Price

My flat door has failed in a fire safety inspection recently which requires repairs.

The management company did recommend a contractor. However the quotation is surprising and the repair works would be divided into various days. Some contractors replied they would not handle repairs on a single door.

Then I found ACE which is an accredited fire door contractor in Sutton. Within a few days, they sent repairmen to fix my flat door. All the repair works were completed in a half day.

Many thanks to ACE for fixing my flat door efficiently at a very attractive price. You will be my first choice for door and windows maintenance in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark from Ace Windows & Doors to any requiring replacement doors or windows or needed essential repairs doing. We work with a number of Housing Associations and Mark has been faultless in providing a first class service with clear pricing and communications from start to finish. It's a shame that he only covers part of the patch that I operate in as I would happily send him and the team as Ace all my window and door repair and replacement work.

It's a pleasure to work with someone that truly wants to help to get the job done. *****

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a warped window hinge due to a strong wind. It was promptly fixed by two pleasant and highly skilled gentlemen this morning. The work was impressively well done, so I immediately asked if they could fix another window that had a draught issue due to gaps around the seals. That one was also quickly fixed, and now the gaps are gone. The price was great for me as well. Thanks again—highly recommended! - David
