Our fire doors are supplied as a complete, compliant door set solution for commercial and residential buildings. Alongside supply and installation, we are now authorised to carry out fire door inspections, maintenance, remedial works and installations, and we provide the bespoke reports and certification of compliance for the work we complete.

Whether you need a single door replacing or ongoing support across a whole building, you’ll receive clear documentation for your records, including up to date photographs and door specific detail.

We manufacture and supply premium grade fire doors that are built for protection, durability and day to day use. Every doorset is tailored to suit the opening, the building type and the required rating (including FD30 and FD60 options).

A typical doorset specification can include:

  • Hardwood bespoke frames (Sapele, 4×2), made to measure for a precise fit
  • Certified fire door leaf (FD30 or FD60, as required)
  • Fire and smoke seals (intumescent strips) fitted to the leaf or frame

We inspect the doorset as a complete system, leaf, frame, seals, gaps, glazing (if present), hinges and hardware, and we record findings clearly.

Where issues are identified, we can complete the required works, from adjustments and replacements through to more involved repairs, then re check functionality.

4) Installation (for new doorsets)

5) Certification and handover
You receive bespoke certification and a job specific report, including photographs, notes, and any relevant supporting documentation.

It depends on the building type and door usage. Many organisations work to a six monthly baseline, with more frequent checks in higher traffic areas, and for certain residential buildings in England there are minimum legal check frequencies for specific doors.

Do you provide certification and reports?

Yes. As an accredited provider we issue job specific certification of compliance for inspections, maintenance, remedial works and installations we complete, with up to date photos and door by door detail.

Can you repair doors that are already installed?

Yes. We carry out remedial works to address common non compliances, then re check performance and provide updated documentation for your records.

Can I paint my fire door?

In many cases yes, but it must not compromise the doorset’s performance. Use a suitable paint system and avoid over painting seals, gaps, and hardware. If you’re unsure, ask us first so you don’t invalidate the door’s certification.
